The Delhi High Court’s judge strength has risen to 50 following a new appointment, bringing the court closer to its sanctioned capacity.
The high court has a sanctioned strength of 60 judges, which includes 45 permanent judges and 15 additional judges.
With the latest appointment, the Delhi High Court now has 50 judges serving on the bench.
