Suppliers of medical equipment and drugs have threatened to stop deliveries to Telangana government hospitals over alleged unpaid bills. The warning comes from an association representing vendors who provide essential healthcare items to public facilities.

According to the association, its members supply critical super-speciality implants, surgical disposables, life-saving drugs and diagnostic kits to government teaching hospitals under the Rajiv Aarogyasri scheme.

The group said it may halt supplies if pending dues are not cleared. No official response from the Telangana government was mentioned in the input.
