Padma Shri awardee and social activist Sunitha Krishnan’s enumeration form has reportedly been rejected under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process.

Ms. Krishnan said they had not received any notices during the SIR notice period asking them to submit any of the 12 listed documents to prove their citizenship.

The matter has drawn attention in the ongoing revision exercise, though no further details were provided on the reason for the rejection.
