A Rouse Avenue court in Delhi has rejected Deputy Chief Minister Parvesh Verma’s defamation complaint against Aam Aadmi Party leader Saurabh Bhardwaj.
The court held that the statements made by Bhardwaj were framed as questions and did not constitute defamation, according to the order.
The matter had been brought before the court by Verma, but the complaint was dismissed after the court’s finding.
